Shipping & Returns



Mollis offers Pan India shipping.

We always do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order, however, we do not ship on the weekend and national holidays.

Purchased items will ship from Delhi within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping is via ShipRocket.  After leaving our studio, Shiprocket will typically deliver your order within 2–7 business days. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.


Returns & Exchanges:


Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns.

With that being said, we want you to be happy with every purchase and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. 

Mollis will offer a replacement or a refund in certain circumstances. Please contact us with any concerns about your purchase so we can address them promptly.


Order Issues:


If you experience any problems with your order (did not receive it, it isn't what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. 

Please remember the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural, so they will have slight variations from batch to batch and some naturally-occurring defects that will have no adverse effect on the performance of the product but may be purely cosmetic (ex: small oil dots on the surface of the soaps, improper stamping )

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 72 hours of order delivery.
